The most important two assessment tool I think in a classroom is a Checklist which is one of the assessment tools. As always I thought assessing students is very easy but I was wrong again. As an aspiring teacher, I felt that making sure that all students are making good progress is one of the most important things for a teacher and student also. Sure marks are important but making sure that students are learning and improving their knowledge is in the end most crucial thing to grow as a better person.
Another assessment tool called a rubric is also vital in the classroom for teachers. This tool is the most simple and reliable for me to assess in project work, assignments, debates,s or any topic. We also learned to make competency-based questions which made me realize that this kind of question is best for students because we learn knowledge to apply in real life in the end.
